My stay here was nice. It’s convenient for the area. The hotel was clean and the rooms were nice. I enjoy aLOFT in Miami so I chose this hotel. My only issues were the pool; didn’t like it, and I observed a customer service issue with other guests and these people probably could’ve gotten better service from a raccoon. I felt terrible for them especially for this hotel brand. Make sure you are confirmed and re-confirmed to make sure your reservation doesn’t get cancelled w/o your knowledge. Overall, the date was just okay. The property is nice but I’ve seen better. I would stay here again though.

Good last minute booking

Last minute booking due to car breaking down. Good price for the night and great vacation. We couldn't seem to get room temperature right. It was either blowing really cold or the room was too hot.

Was given the wrong room number upon check in. When I tried to get in my room, there was someone in there that wasn’t happy I attempted to get in. Went back to front desk and the room number was corrected. Everything else has been great.

Great location in Vaughan mills mall parking lot. Hallway was dirty for a long time. Smelled like fish. Clean suite though and bed is comfortable. Really bright flashing white light that illuminates the room from fire safety equipment (assumption). Good stay if you’re staying there alone or with someone who is getting up at the same time as you. No door to washroom sink area so when turning the light on to get ready it lights the room up. The shower head is awesome. There’s a window with film covering the shower which you could see the light and body forms through the window into the rest of the room.

Staff were efficient. Rooms were clean, a little loud in the evening. Pool was small and not well lit but it was fine for our purposes. Cool outdoor patio that we couldn’t use due to it being winter but I imagine would be nice in summer. Very close to Vaughan mills
