We have stayed at this particular Monte Carlo every 3 months for years now as I have a standing doctors appointment. Unfortunately this is the second time we’ve had a kingsize room with a toilet that barely flushed. First time it was just broken period this time it would flush but just barely that my partner went to the lobby to use the facilities there in the morning fearing it wouldn’t flush. Those washrooms were dirty and had no toilet paper… makes for an uncomfortable evening if you need to leave your room for fear you might over flow your rooms toilet. We told management but they weren’t very interested. Think it’s time to try another hotel in the area as there are many

Our room was the sweetest and so cozy. We wished our stay was longer for us to enjoy the tranquility we felt. The staff were friendly and attentive, the loby & lounge was welcoming. We told all our friends at the wedding we attended for this stay about our stay at the Monte Carlo.
