Find a cheap Hotel in University Park

"Lovely facility. Property kept at extremely cold. The pool was packed. Not enough was complementary for the cost. "

"I was honestly quite disappointed with my stay. The service was below average, leaning toward poor, especially considering this is supposed to be a five-star hotel. We had booked four rooms, three of them for four people each. When we arrived late at night, we realized that the sofa beds in two of the rooms hadn’t been prepared at all. There were no sheets, no blankets, nothing. After a long day of travel, we had to wait almost an hour for housekeeping to bring everything. On top of that, our luggage was not delivered in a timely manner. We had to call multiple times and wait far longer than expected, which was frustrating. The elevators were another major issue. They were extremely crowded at all times, with long lines just to get up or down. It honestly felt like the hotel was overbooked, which made the overall experience chaotic and uncomfortable. For a hotel at this price point and reputation, I expected a much higher level of service and organization. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet those expectations"

"Basic room on par with Comfort Inn type places. Staff was nice. Contrary to multiple reviews saying there is a restaurant serving breakfast and coffee on site, there is no breakfast, coffee or water available. There are multiple restaurants directly next to hotel though. Good place for just needing a room for the night!"

"GREAT location and the staff was excellent! Clean rooms, multiple buildings and restaurants to explore both at the hotel and nearby, and central to everything we loved in the area. Would definitely stay here again!"
