This is our first time in a camp ground and we love the concept. Everything we need is available. When we come back we are definitely staying here again. The check-in process was flawless. The staff is very professional and kind. Having access to laundry, groceries, restaurant, and being able to walk safe in the area is very important to us. The water in the shower could be a little hotter, but other than that we are very satisfied with the place.

Everything good except that i had no advanced notification on my booking confirmation that i would need photo id for all occupants when checking in on my arrival.I had travelled to the venue while holidaying in another part of Italy 3 hours away. Fortunately I had photos of my passports on my mobile phone that the young lady managed to get accepted by the management otherwise we were looking at a wasted trip as we would have been unable to gain entry without them.

The stay was ok, reception are not helpful when it comes to ordering taxis. We had a “taxi ordered” but the receptionist never phoned anyone and just assumed someone would be outside at the taxi rank, uber isn’t great over here and we managed to phone the number from another customers taxi. The company only spoke Italian but luckily with broken English we got something organised. We made our bus by 3 minutes and would have completely missed it had we waited for staff to help. I was also charged for using my own phone abroad due to staffs incompetence.

When to super cup t.h.f.c

Me and my grandson went in August at the height of the season found it hard to get a sun lounger queueing at the restaurant pool bar food was lovely but cold in the middle a lasagne and Caroline the rooms were great and the shower was amazing taxi to and from The airport was on time or even waiting for us staff at the restaurant and the reception were great location was 10 out of 10 to go to Venice and the surrounding area

We rented a little cabin and it was great. The facilities are awesome, but the staff have no manners and are rude. From the staff at check in to the ones at the restaurant, our interactions was unpleasant/ staff don’t seem to appreciate visitors. We traveled in many different hotels in Italy and first time it happened. Would return again anyway because the site was great.

Noisy but reasonably priced

Cons: Our caravan was next to a major highway so all we could hear was traffic, which isn’t very relaxing. We had to sleep with ear plugs and the pollution levels near the kids’ slide was high. There was hardly any cooking equipment, not even a chopping board and no oven. Pros: The cost was reasonable to stay within accessible distance of Venice. The regular shuttle bus was convenient but it cost 20 euros return and booking your time back in advance meant running to get it sometimes. There is a shop and a bar with ice-cream that was reasonable. The reception is 24 hours which is handy and staff were friendly and helpful. The kids enjoyed the pool.

The facilities offered on site were excellent if you are travelling with gamily. Kids enjoyed their time at the pool. Shuttle service offered by the site for Venice made things much easier. You have to pay but worth it

Property is a good resort with pool and hot tub. We reached a bit early and asked for early check in and they made us wait until the official check-in time. They didn't make an effort to give the room early though it was ready. Customer service is poor with no proper response. I bought lot of food (Pizza, coke, burgers and icecream). I asked for ice for my coke and they said 2 euros which I paid and it was only half glass ice. We bought tickets to go to venice which we didn't use and asked for refund which they said non-refundable in a rude way. I asked for early morning transportation arrangement which they gladly arranged it as I believe they receive a cut based on the booking. Overall, their service goes up when u pay and for everything else service is very poor with rude attitude. There was a fire in one unit which burned down next to our unit and the quality of air to breathe was bad. Overall, pretty bad experience

Compact Accommodation, great aircon and pool!

Compact accommodation, great for a couple of nights or as a base to sleep and visit other places. The accommodation we had was basically a bedroom and en-suite, but the shower door (which comes straight into the bedroom) is clear glass, so we had to take it in turns to sit outside whilst each person showered. Amazing aircon, kept us cool even during the heatwave! Lovely pool. Needs some maintenance-our particular bench was rotten, the table top had detached from the frame and the bench had rotted so much it had a big hole with the screws left sticking up, so needs replacing.

The cost of the accommodation was reasonable. Our bungalows had comfortable twin beds, fresh bedding, air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom, ample towels and wardrobe space. The daily bus from just outside the venue to Venice was quick and easy to book and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, our accommodation did not have sound proofing! This was necessary for its location alongside the main pool area and a very busy motorway especially at night! The bungalow unit constantly moved during the night with the volume of traffic. Sadly due to disturbed sleep we checked out a day early.
