Located on the second floor with lift, the apartment is designed to offer you all the comforts of a private home, comfortable for individuals, families with children and small groups. Suitable for professionals thanks to a practical work corner and excellent Wi-Fi connection.

• Large master bedroom, complete with double bed with bedside tables, wardrobe and chest of drawers;

• The second bedroom has a bridge bed complete with wardrobe with a second foldaway bed;

• The bathroom has a window and is equipped with a sink with cabinet, toilet, bidet and a practical tub. You will find a hairdryer and washing machine (including detergent and fabric softener), hand detergent, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.

• The kitchen is completely separated from the other rooms avoiding having indiscreet odors in the house, with window and perfectly equipped, with oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, kettle, Lavazza machine with espresso coffee pods, American coffee machine, Italian coffee maker , dishes, pots, detergents and household cleaning equipment;

• The living room is the heart of the apartment, extremely bright and comfortable, offering a comfortable sofa bed, table with chairs, and 55'' Samsung Smart TV where you can relax at the end of the day.

• In the private area of ​​the building you will have a courtyard with a small garden at your disposal.

We offer our families a cot with children's bars and/or single sides to add to any bed you prefer.

Included are towels of various sizes (small, medium and large), pillows, sheets and blankets for each guest.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and communal heating that can be adjusted directly in the apartment according to your needs.

The apartment is easy to reach by car, you will be just 2 minutes from the main Milan/Trieste/Bologna motorway junctions. You will have a parking space available in the private area immediately outside the building, but nearby you will also find several paid car parks.

The proximity to the public transport lines (buses and trams) will help you to move comfortably in Mestre and reach Venice, the Venice Marco Polo airport and the Mestre train station, which thanks to their vast network of connections will offer you the possibility of easily reaching any destination you choose. You will be close to the main attractions that our Veneto can offer including the renowned Brenta Riviera, lively Jesolo, Verona, Padua and Lake Garda with their large parks of natural thermal pools.

At check-in we will ask you for a copy of the identification documents for each guest, we will need them to fulfill our legal registration obligations, required by our competent authorities.

The price of the overnight stay does not include the Tourist Tax, which is required by the Municipality of Venice. At check-in we will ask you to pay in cash. We will write you the amount privately immediately after booking.
