The apartment looks nothing like the photos; I will post pictures of its current condition so you can see what I’m talking about. The reservation was for five people—my husband, three teenagers, and myself—but the place felt very cramped and lacked flow. However, that wasn't the worst part: the apartment smelled musty, and the beds were dirty and uncomfortable. The sofa bed mattress was stained—possibly with mold—and the wallpaper and plaster were peeling off the walls. No one wanted to stay in that place, so I called the contact number and explained the situation. They asked me to send photos (the same ones I’m going to publish here), and once they saw them, they had nothing to say other than to apologize and relocate us to another one of their properties—which turned out to be an upgrade. This new property was clean and very spacious; it is solely because of this gesture that I am not giving them a 1-star rating—though for the original property, I would give them 0 stars if I could.
