Let's say the truth, it is not that in Mestre there are then who knows how many things to do and see, but near Venice is much cheaper.
So if you happen to stay in this apartment you can easily move to Venice in an easy, fast and cheap.

Erstmal das Postive:Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, Übergabe und Lage zur nächsten Bushaltestelle sind top. Zudem befindet sich eine sehr gute Pizzeria und ein Supermarkt fußläufig wenige Minuten entfernt. Ausstattung der Wohnung inklusive Klimaanlage und Waschmaschine geht vollkommen in Ordnung. Negativ:Die Gegend und der Zustand des Hauses würde ich vorsichtshalber als sozial schwaches Viertel bezeichnen. Deshalb sind auch keine Fotos von Außen in der Anzeige. Habe mich leider blenden lassen von der Bewertung und der Lage. Parken musste man direkt an der Straße. Haus liegt direkt neben der Autobahn Abfahrt. Ansicht vom Haus und Flurbereich sehr runtergekommen und schmuddelig. Manche Möbel sind reif für den Sperrmüll. Küchenzeile lieblos zusammen gewürfelt. Klimaanlage macht alle 3min Geräusche beim schwenken. Dusche viel zu klein und die Dichtungen verschimmelt. Da sollte dringend investiert werden. Was ich erst im Nachhinein recherchiert habe, das die CityTax für 2 Übernachtungen eigentlich viel zu hoch ist. Also 24 für 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind ist eindeutig zu hoch. Diese sollte für die Küste und in der Kategorie Gästehaus maximal bei 1,50 pro Person (Kinder unter 16 die Hälfte) liegen, uns wurden 4 berechnet was einem 4* Hotel auf einer Venedig Insel entspricht. Fazit: Zum kurzfristigen Übernachten mit einigen Abstrichen, für einen einmaligen Tagesausflug nach Venedig geht es schon mal. Für einen längerfristigen Aufenthalt würde ich es nicht empfehlen.
