Home Away From Home

A great place to stay. Always made to feel welcome, nothing is a problem for the lovely staff and rooms are always very clean with everything you need for a short or longer stay. Walkable to High St, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Would highly recommend.

Spacious but hot apartment

We were suprised at how spacious the apartment was. However it was so incredibly hot. Room was reading 30 degrees on arrival. We had 3 fans in the room 2 didnt work. Asked at desk for another one and whilst we were out they popped one in our room. But other than the heat (which is no different than being at home) we had a good stay. Bed was very conformable and the shower was powerful. Very good transport links we went to watch a concert at wembly. Very convenient and very easy.

No A/C - Rooms are boiling hot

The rooms have no air conditioning. My room was about 26c for my whole stay with the windows open. They provide fans but these are really not sufficient. It is very uncomfortable to try to sleep in that level of heat. I have complained several times about this. Mobile a/c units should be provided when it is hot weather. I will not be staying here again in the spring and summer.

The temperature in the apartment was boiling and no temp control . Loads of fans .. but a nice apartment to stop in and breafast was nice.

Onky ket down by the wifi.

Clean, convenient & spacious apartment. The onky thing that lets ut down is the appalling wifi. Trying to to do work in the evening was almost impossible it was so slow. Its surrounded by modern office buildings so i have to assume the infrastructure is there.
