"I originally came to New York for work, but at the last minute decided to extend my stay by two nights to live out my Kevin McCallister-at-The-Plaza dream—and I am so glad I trusted my gut. From the moment I arrived, the experience was exceptional. I was delightfully upgraded to an incredible room that quite literally took my breath away the second I stepped inside. The staff were absolutely wonderful—warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. I enjoyed afternoon tea, which was lovely and perfectly done, and then fully leaned into the experience.
