No handicapped accessible as requested. Had to be moved with no help. No linens provided for sofa bed. Which gave me hives. I have no where to sleep until housekeeping arrives in am Front desk doesn't answer phone to busy on their own phone. Demand refund

They are supposed to turn down your bed every other night and give fresh towels, they did not. When we returned to the room it had not been turned down, and I called down to get fresh towels and the front desk person was very rude. I had to walk down and get towels myself.

Staff was irritated by any requests. Not knowledgeable. Request for blanket for pullout couch took over an hour to arrive. Front desk gave wrong times for breakfast. Was told breakfast went until 9:30am. Arrived at 8:55 and staff was whipping food out from under us and aggressive and rude. Overall very disappointed with this stay. Not up to Hyatt brand at all. Would not stay again.

Hotel is great! Room was clean and well maintained. Staff is great very helpful. Breakfast is good. To my surprise even the shampoo and conditioner were wonderful, I am hispanic left my hair soft and shinny! Our only dislike and discomfort were the pillows, they're flat and almost nothing in them and with the bed being very firm the pillow is needed.
