Hotel staff was rude on entry after I asked what kind of breakfast they were having in the morning. Room toilet had feces in it and would not flush. Second room toilet would not flush properly and shower was hot then cold every 15 seconds. Ask for a straw for the kids at breakfast and the employee just looked at me, so I asked again and she rolled her eyes and snapped at me "no sir" like I was bothering her. The breakfast is horrible and a waste of time so we went out to eat. The pool and hot tub was the only thing nice there even though the hot tub looked dirty, I think the stains make the water look brown in the hot tub. I should have spent $20 more and went next door!
