My husband and I came to the area for our anniversary. This day overall was quite enjoyable. The accommodations were worth the value, the staff was professional, and the aroma was clean. They were plenty of restaurants and shopping options nearby. I definitely would stay again.

Mediocre but had a few hiccups

We only stayed for one night but unfortunately felt a little disappointed by our experience. We rented two rooms, one of which had two of our kids and a grandparent in it. About two hours after check-in, a stranger walked into their room after letting himself in with a key card. Apparently the front desk had forgotten to mark the room occupied and gave a key card to this man for it. Luckily nothing happened, but it was scary for the kids and parents nonetheless. Both rooms smelled and felt damp - like an indoor pool. The sink in our bathroom was also clogged.

First stay not the best

Well there was very little of “Hot” water it never got hot plus our shower leaked so bad from the shower head that we used all of the towels to keep the floor dry our last day we didn’t bother showering because of that. They said the housekeeper would let someone know.

The price was good. The bid was excellent. The place seem clean and nice. Breakfast was good however however, I do not know if there was a train track right behind the hotel which I could live with. What was totally unacceptable was the lack of hot water in my room. When I said something about it, I was told "the hotel was sold out and you got one of the last rooms and we tried to fix the hot water yesterday" well that is just not acceptable and I know the hotel is not sold out because when I booked the room on Expedia, it showed at least seven rooms Available. Why in the world do you rent a room that does not have hot water and not expect somebody to say something. I would have given them almost a perfect score or not for that one fact, and then just a coldly dismiss it and not offer any reasonable solution.
