Had a wonderful stay, staff at check in was not as welcoming, I am guess since they consider all as a free time share guest. The friendliness and reception was was less desirable.. But the rest of the stay was well worth the price!

This is my second time staying at this property and both times we had a great experience. While the decor in the units is a bit outdated, they are spacious, clean and have everything you need for a pleasant stay. They amenities and common areas (pool, playground, tennis courts) are all accessible and clean. Very family friendly and close to everything!

The area was convenient, quiet and safe. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. However, we had maintenance issues and reported them the first day. Maintenance did not show up to resolve the issue until our last day fo the trip. The quality and cleanliness of the room was average at best.. our patio curtain was off the hinge and broken, the refrigerator was dirty, our sinks continuously dripped and one sink stopper was stuck causing the sink to fill with water and be out of service for the duration of our trip. We had a check out time of 12pm and our keys timed out at 10AM causing us to get locked out. A male worker also entered the apartment without consent while my minor daughter was in the apartment alone.
