Loved the spacious 2 bedroom villa, and the pools! Although we were on the second floor, it wasn’t too bad climbing the stairs with my 2 year old granddaughter. Will definitely stay here again.

Only request was for a first floor condo if there was not an elevator due to health issues. Was given a second floor condo with no elevator. This did present a problem for two of our party.

Great vacation property for the price. The suites are huge and well appointed. The parking is great. Right at your building. Check in was crowded and the pool was crowded too. The grounds need some work. Over all, we loved it. Very comfortable!!

Nice stay- Aggressive housekeeping

The rooms were a little dated but very clean and appropriately stocked. Staff at the front desk (Alex) were very friendly. Pool area was clean and well kept. Only downside was the before 8am arrival of housekeeping on check out day. We dismissed the first housekeeper and 30 minutes later the next arrived. Informed him we were checking out and would be at least an hour. He then stood outside our door with his arms crossed waiting for us to leave and asking if we were leaving yet when we took bags to the car. It was uncomfortable enough we left an hour before we planned/ were ready to and well before checkout. Otherwise, it was a nice family stay- just a bad checkout experience.

Property was nice , however the master bedroom and bathroom was disgusting ! Food stains on the sheets and outside of the cover , pieces of long hair inside of the bed as well , bathroom was not cleaned at all , hair all over the floor , dirt on the floor , tub was not clean , called main desk 2 days in a row to have the room cleaned ,I was told someone was coming but no one ever showed until the day before I was getting ready to check out @6pm , check out was the next day 10am

I like the layout of the property being similar to townhouses. It was a busy weekend but the service staff was attentive and keep the whole area clean.

We were thankful to find the condo at Vacation Village for our multi-generational family vacation. Everything in the condo was great. It was clean, just everything was dated. There were a few minor things (more wear and tear than anything) that didn’t ruin the experience, just a slight annoyance (dishwasher gasket was coming undone, tread between carpet and tile was mixed, toilets were hard to flush). We did request a new fitted sheet for the one bed (it was a queen bed but a full sized fitted sheet) and it never came, which again, more of an annoyance than anything else. Overall the space was perfect for what we needed it for and we were happy with it.
