For the price. This facility is not the greatest. I’m literally missing lightbulbs there’s holes in the walls this place is an over priced Motel 6. Its dirty and there are people dealing drugs in the parking lot I’m pretty sure also they got me for an extra hundred bucks but it’s kind of hard to argue when you’re checking in at 3 AM and the person checking you in is making you wait in the lobby for over an hour until 4 AM and then hit you with $100 surcharge for checking in early

I came do n to stay for a few days to see my daughters graduation here in mass from the state of Maine I’ve been staying a few days longer than expected and staff has been very frustrated endlessly and helpful there was just one thing I paid Expedia for Saturday but I was charged to my debit card that the hotel had on file but I paid ahead of time with my debit card so I was charged twice on Saturday and hoping I receive a refund since I was charged twice to my debit card I’m sure I’ll get help with this so I will revive a refund for one night that I shouldn’t have been charged twice for other than that very happy with my stay

I left after 10 mins due to the horrible stale cigarette smoke smell permeating the entire hotel. As someone who has asthma I was literally having trouble breathing & feeling nauseous. Am currently trying to be refunded as the desk clerk assured me he would refund me.

I won't be back.

Whomever they used did a terrible job clearing their parking lot. The first photo is their handicapped parking area four days after a snowstorm. They didn't bother clearing or salting the spaces. The hallways are dirty, with white debris (not salt). It was there when I arrived Wednesday and still there when I left Friday. The room was ok. My car got stuck on the ice in the lot when I arrived. Staff was unwilling to help beyond trying to call their manager, who never responded.

I booked a king deluxe suite, as soon as i walked in the room all i could smell was cigarettes. The room looked worn and outdated honestly unpleasant. Even before i could put my bags down i saw cockroaches live and present in the room! Immediately left! Disgusting! Will never be back to this property!

Whole place smells like stale smoke and mildew. I jave allergies and was covered in hives having an asthma attack. I adked for another room, opened the 208 room immediately hit in the face with stale cigarettes and mildew. Never ever ever would I stay here again. Brad the manager is a horribly rude person. Avoid unless you love healthy problems

Mattress was as hard as a rock. Room was horribly outdated had cigarette burns on counter and broken toilet paper holder. There was no staff on site for check out and had to dial a number to talk to someone else at another location.

If there was an option for no star that is what I would give it. Its dirty, smelly, old, weird people stopping you in the halls and ask you for a ride, $ for uber and use of cell phone, noisy, dont mean to sound judgy but the people staying there dont seem trustworthy. It seems like they have a shelter going on in there. If thats the case, dont offer rooms to outsiders. Nobody wants to deal w that. My boyfriend and I left. We did not stay the 1 night we were supposed to. Felt itchy laying in the bed as well. Smelled, nothing looked clean in the rooms, it just did not feel safe for us.
