It is new but no microwave!

This is a Hyatt place, not five star Hyatt. They didn’t put microwave in the room nor in the lobby. Each time you ned to use the microwave, you have to ask a staff near the kitchen. I have stayed at various Hyatt place across the nation but this is the first one that doesn’t provide a microwave.

This is one of the best hotels in the area. Our family often stays here and we always enjoy our time. The food is delicious, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is warm and welcoming.
