LIVING ROOM
In our spacious yet cozy living room, you’ll experience the dome’s stunning views and acoustics — a true dream for music lovers! A hand-painted mural and large windows flood the space with natural light, warmth, and desert views, creating an inviting atmosphere for relaxation and connection. The room also features a dedicated workspace, perfect for journaling, remote work, or creative projects inspired by the serene surroundings.

KITCHEN & DINING
Where every meal becomes a mountain-view dining experience. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, spices and everything you need to create memorable meals. Gather around the indoor dining table that seats eight — perfect for cozy breakfasts or intimate dinners as the sun sets. A custom coffee bar awaits, complete with an espresso maker, cappuccino and latte options, teas, flavored syrups, and a hot cocoa station for those chilly desert nights.

BATHROOMS
Enjoy two beautifully appointed bathrooms designed for comfort and style. Upstairs, unwind in a spacious walk-in shower made for two or soak in the luxurious bathtub with sweeping desert views from your window. Downstairs, you’ll find a second full bathroom with another walk-in shower. Each space is thoughtfully stocked with premium amenities to ensure a relaxing, effortless stay.

✧ RULES:
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete our Pre-Arrival form, which requires you to upload a photo of a government ID with photo. Per the City of Yucca Valley, we are required to also send you the Good Neighbor Brochure.
We also require you to sign and agree to our Rental Conditions.

Noise Ordinance:
Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. Any noise related discrepancies will result in a $1000 fine.
No parties allowed, no graffiti or glitter please.

SMOKING POLICY
No smoking/ vaping inside the house. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees starting at $500.

Hot Tub / Pool:
Please rinse off before and after getting out of the hot tub. Please keep the lid on to avoid getting dirt in the hot tub as well as retain heat. Please no glass by any water. We have weekly pool cleanings on Monday and Thursday , this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times. Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. Thanks for your understanding!

Additional note: Trash Day is on Wednesday- the City of Yucca Valley will access the gates and empty the trash bins themselves. We also have Pest control service to maintain our property

No Photoshoots or Video
If you're interested in using the property for a photoshoot or event, please contact us before booking, as special rules and fees apply. Unauthorized shoots or events are strictly prohibited and will result in fines.

Early Check-In
Early check-in is available at $50 per hour, subject to availability

Late Check-Out
Any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee

Unauthorized Guests
Our vacation rental permit allows for:
- Up to 8 guests & 3 vehicles overnight
- Up to 12 guests & 6 vehicles during the day
There are no exceptions to this policy. Violations will result in immediate eviction without a refund, and any county fines related to non-compliance will be passed on to you.

Security & Noise Monitoring
For safety and compliance with local regulations, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras and a noise monitoring system.
Cameras are strictly limited to exterior entry points and perimeter areas only and are used solely for security purposes and to verify compliance with house rules. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private outdoor areas such as the hot tub or sauna.
Noise monitors measure overall sound levels (decibel levels) only and do not record conversations or audio.

PETS:
While we adore furry friends, the owner has a significant pet allergy, so we’re unfortunately unable to accommodate pets. Thank you so much for understanding.

Wildlife
Expect to see wildlife during your stay, including coyotes, rabbits, rodents, hawks, and lizards. Please maintain a safe distance and be mindful of potential encounters.

Liability Waiver
By booking this property and using any of its amenities (sauna, pool, etc.), you agree not to hold the hosts responsible or liable for any injuries or harm incurred while on the property.
