"I was quite upset by the small print “amenities fee” I had to pay upon arrival. This $115 covered a bottle of water in my room, a few cups for the coffee maker, and internet. These are standard hotel expectations, not extra. I still could have forgiven if they would have let me opt out of these “amenities” and not pay the fee. Which they would not. "
