"I asked to upgrade my room to two beds and they did not mention I was getting an ADA room. The view was to a homeless encampment across the street. The streets were so dirty. "

"We were in town for a concert with our teen daughter and her teenage friends. They loved the experience at the Hard Rock Hotel. The decor made them feel like it was a rock & roll weekend. The only small issue was the parking but we got it worked out. We would stay again. "

"Room had smell of mold. Found some mold in the bathroom shower. Air Conditioning kept shutting off and room got hot and could not sleep well at night. Shower handle old and hard to find between hor and cold. After a shower, water leaked out of faulty glass gasket and there was a big puddle of water on the floor. "

"Great location Great bed Shower is good Storage in room is good Bicycles are brilliant - really made the stay Lovely friendly staff Only thing would be nice is a mirror in the bedroom, so that hairdrying amd make up application doesnt have to monopolise the bathroom! And 2 hooks in the bathroom.to hang up towels."
