"Nice staff! However, the elevator situation is unreasonable. Two, 100+ year old elevators and one was down our whole stay. The other one was very unreliable and broke down multiple times in the span of two days. This is an 11-story hotel so good luck with your luggage if you’re on the 11th floor. "

"The location was perfect in Downtown San Diego, and when we arrived they offered to upgrade our room. The room was beautiful, clean, and exceeded our expectations. The staff were all very kind and welcoming. It was a bit noisy, but that’s just part of being in the Gaslamp District, and we didn’t notice it at all the second night. We will absolutely be booking here when we visit San Diego again!"

"I asked to upgrade my room to two beds and they did not mention I was getting an ADA room. The view was to a homeless encampment across the street. The streets were so dirty. "
