"I don’t know if different rooms had different service but for four people staying in our room we only had two towels. There were no shampoos or soaps in the washroom (only 2 on the bathtub) no coffee, no phone in the room and minimal cable stations with no options to access your own streaming accounts. The hotel is also weird because we were on the first floor but to get to our floor we had to go down and the third floor was the main floor, which made it very confusing. I attempted to purchase root beer out of the vending machine, but Coke came out instead, even though Coke was not even a purchasing option. Lastly, they were doing swimming lessons in the pool and we were unaware of that so they had blocked it off and we only had 1 lane if Swimming space but because most of the area was deep, they only had 4 ft.² of swimmable space where they could touch the ground. There were also no towels by the pool for you to utilize."
