"Not a great experience. Got into my room and it had a very foul odour. Went to the front desk and asked to change my room. First question asked was “did you do anything?” No apologies for the state of the room no we will fix this right away. Ended up getting a new room but it seemed they were reluctant to give me one. All and all very poor customer service would not recommend this for anyone. "
