Good location and clean. There was a mixup when check in but another receptionist fixed it. He gave us complimentary breakfast for our 2 nights stay so all good. We would stay here again if visiting NYC

Staff check was dreadful. No eye contact or even a smile. Also no info given regarding shuttle back to airport, we had to ask him. Room was noisy due to construction nearby, and other guests around us. We arrive late so we didn’t eat or drink anything during our stay so I can’t comment on those aspects ...
