Didn’t get greeted properly, it’s smell like pure weed by the entrance, the water of the pool was not clean, and just to go to the pool with the wheelchair we had to go through the kitchen because there was no entrance through the other two door for a wheelchair.

The hotel St James is our go to when in Manhattan. Convenient, good value, wonderful staff. The only thing on this trip was that the mattress was quite uncomfortable. We will still stay here again though as we’ve never had this issue before.
