Hotel Edison Times Square
"We had the best experience from check-in to check-out. I began emailing the staff a couple of weeks before that our flight changed to an earlier time and was traveling with a senior citizen. They were able to check up in at 10am. They provided vouchers for breakfast daily. The on-site restaurants were delicious. Our son wanted to eat at Friedman's for every meal. And Mada provided us cleaning services in our room. She was so sweet and attentive. We told her we didn't need service everyday and she insisted. She made us aware when rain was coming and hot days to drink water. She recommended a laundry service. She was the best. Back to the hotel. It was beautiful and within walking distance of Time Square without having to hear the hustle and bustle all night. It is 1/2 block from the Time Square red stairs. There is always security standing by to check room keys before getting on the elevator or using the restroom in the lobby. The bellman only changed $1 per bag to hold luggage. Front desk always spoke when passing by. Look no further. Hotel Edison is the spot for you!"
