Wonderful stay! This place was perfect for our needs. Location was ideal. Close to hiking and shopping. Space was clean, cozy and roomy. All essentials were provided and appreciated. The patio was a comfortable spot to sit outside. The dog loved the grass and area to play.

While the house was clean, it was apparent that there was poor upkeep on the house like closet doors off the track, the caulking in the master bath tub was not done by a professional, the house needed updating especially in the master bathroom, the tub in the bathroom was difficult to get into as you had to step over the side of the massive tub without anything to hold onto, one of the bedrooms was incredibly hot, the vent could not be closed and it was apparent that the owner knew this as there was a portable fan in the room, the fourth bedroom was a sunroom, while an adult could sleep there I would be uncomfortable having a child sleep there, I wouldn’t stay there again, there was a note by the front door with a QR code stating that you could use to rebook again directly to cut out the middleman.

Lovely spot for our family of 5, with three kids under 11yo, for spring break. The neighborhood is quiet, the beds are comfy, and the house was well-stocked with paper products, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and games and books for the kiddos. Even had a nightlight in the bathroom. Check in and check out we’re both a breeze!

Great home base for our adventures

The location worked great for our travels around ABQ and Santa Fe. The house was very spacious and we enjoyed having games for nights we kicked our feet up. We had everything we needed and would return if we visit ABQ in the future. We didn’t walk around the neighborhood much and drove anywhere we needed to go.

Balloon fiesta fun!
