Avis pour Architecture Award Winner! Exclusive Rooftop Hot tub near Old Town & Downtown
Shalini (host) was very sweet and helpful with all our needs. Great layout for multiple guests and lots of outdoor spaces. A beautiful place to hang out with family and friends.
We had the best time! The house was a relaxing and welcoming getaway from our busy vacation. Centrally located to everything we wanted to pack into our stay. Balloon Fiesta, Old Town, Indian Pueblo Cultural Center, Petroglyph National Monument, and Sandia Mountain peak tram. We made wonderful memories here with our family. The host was amazing and attentive. Highly recommend. Oh, and the rooftop hot tub was (chefâs kiss) perfection! Book it. Hope you love it as much as we did!
Wonderful modern gem, very well equipped and centrally located.
Great architecture and design, very stylish and comfortable. Shalini had everything we needed including a welcome basket, house and ABQ book and coffee. The house is very spacious indoors and out with plenty of privacy when needed. Shalini if is a terrific host, she met us on arrival to give us a quick orientation and was available to us during our stay. We look forward to our next visit!
Property was as described. Clean and well kept. There is a lack of comfortable seating throughout house. Couches and chairs are fashionable but not comfortable. Pocket door in master bathroom is difficult to slide closed. Needs attention. Great location to Old Town,
The property was conveniently located off of the highway. It was a nice house for 6-8 people. We didn't know that the owners actually live in the house so they had bunch of their own stuff, the kitchen was well stocked, some of the bedroom closets were locked(bcoz they had their stuff). The owners were very nice and friendly. It's just that the heating system was a bit weird, if you crank up the heat the upstairs will get hot like oven, if you lower the heat the downstairs will be too cold. The bedding could have been of a better quality and so are the bath towels.
Excellent Location, Spacious, the Piano is good if you play. Very easy to deal with. I would say that due to the open nature of living areas, they aren't great for sleeping persons 7-10. There is room in the bedrooms for the twin blow-up mattresses that the owner provides, and they worked OK, but if you are truly looking to sleep 10, I would get the details worked out ahead of time.
