(pool is closed during winter months) Owners live on site in separate living area and are available if needed to cook or provide laundry service. Guest will have complete privacy in their section of the home and no space is shared. (The 4th bedroom is 12X10 converted master closet that we remodeled and added its own private entrance off the front deck area.)

Located minutes from the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta, Sandia Tram, Sandia Casino & Roadrunner train station that will take you to the heart of Santa Fe. Less than 15 minutes to Old Town, Beautiful Bosque, Fabulous Restaurants & Malls. Less than a 1 hour drive to Santa Fe and Santa Fe Ski Resort.

Start your day off with a cup of coffee on the deck looking out at a gorgeous sunrise as it kisses the Sandia Mountains good morning . Enjoy watching the Balloons from the West deck off the private master suite. Relax in the evening with a glass of wine by the private pool/hot tub or up on the deck watching a one of a kind Land of Enchantment sunset.

Pool & Hot Tub will be closed during the winter months.
