Our family met in Albuquerque for a family event and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. David the host was quick to respond to the few questions we had, the home was the best equipped of any we've stayed at, the beds were comfortable, and the location perfect ... just a block from Old Town.

Location was great - definitely had everything we needed. There was a bit of an odor (but I can be super sensitive) at check in - I mopped a bit with vinegar and didn't notice after. Neighbors are re-roofing neighboring house - but sooo quiet at night, which I didn't expect. Felt like a real vacation and will recommend & stay again.

My wife and I rented the cottage to meet our mother in law for vacation. We were all impressed with the cottage, cleanliness, supplies provided, location in close proximity to Old Town and especially the host and his communication and detailed instructions. Well worth the price. I'll be renting from Sam again if timing allows
