Built with authentic adobe brick, the house features thick walls, and real wood floors. The cozy living room is anchored by a traditional kiva fireplace, perfect for chilly evenings. Step outside to the private backyard, where you'll find a luxurious outdoor hot tub ideal for stargazing under Albuquerque’s clear desert skies. Pet friendly!



The Space:

Located just a short stroll from Old Town’s quaint shops, galleries, and renowned restaurants, this adobe gem offers the perfect blend of cultural immersion and serene relaxation. Experience the magic of Albuquerque living in this unique and cozy home.



Guest Access:

The two bedrooms offer a peaceful retreat with warm, earthy tones and plenty of natural light. The bathroom is thoughtfully designed, combining vintage charm with functional updates. A grill and fire pit make it the perfect spot for entertaining or unwinding with family and friends. The patio is fully equipped with seating and dining furniture, creating an inviting space to enjoy New Mexico’s stunning sunsets.



Other Things to Note:

Aside from the king bed in the bedroom, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room as well as 2 small single sleeper sofas in the small room. We listed this home as a 2 bedroom that sleeps 4, but please note that the bathroom is accessed through the small bedroom which is connected to the main bedroom. It can technically sleep 6, but we feel that 4 is more comfortable. Ideal for a couple that wants more space to spread out, watch tv in different rooms, or read privately in one room.

We absolutely loved our time at this wonderful home! We had a wonderful stay at this property! The host was absolutely amazing — communication was prompt, clear, and very helpful throughout our visit. The home itself was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed for a comfortable and stress-free stay. On top of that, the location was perfect as our homebase for day trips to Santa Fe, Jemez Springs and Abique. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

One more thing about the noise, which never stops. They actually supply earplugs in all the rooms, as well as whit noise machines. If it was not the middle of a terrible ice storm, we would have packed up and gone to another hotel.

Our stay was wonderful! The house was really delightful! Decor was very nicely done, the house was incredibly clean and comfortable! Wonderful fully equipped kitchen and the backyard sitting area was very pleasant. We didn’t hot tub while we were there but it looked inviting. Excellent location! Hosts were very attentive and responsive to communications and any needs we had during the stay! In short we can’t say enough good things about our stay and would definitely like to stay again!

We had a good stay at Grandma's House. It was so nice to let the dogs out in the enclosed space and not have to worry about them. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and we enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous stay at Grandma’s old Town Adobe

Great experience for myself, my sister and our 3 dogs. The home was upscale in design and also very comfortable, and safe. Great restaurants nearby & parks, including a great dog park! Having a quiet, private backyard with hot tub and gas grill made staying home a wonderful respite. We highly recommend the caring hosts and their beautiful property.
