The property was clean, quiet, safe and accommodating. The COVID lock down sent us scurrying back home and Erin was superb in navigating a refund for our unused days. She was excellent throughout our stay1
Iâve stayed here before because I travel with my dogs and it is pet-friendly. Itâs a nice location, walking distance to old town. Go the other direction, and thereâs a walking/biking path. Iâd stay here again!
I did not enjoy my stay. The unit was dirty with a strong animal odor. The couch is well worn. The pictures do not show an accurate portrayal of what you get. The mattress wasnât encased in a protective cover. Itâs across the street from a school and parents used the parking lot to pick up there kids making parking impossible during those hours. The main gate doesnât close or lock. The courtyard is well lit but the parking lot is not and has major pot holes. The door lock was faulty and did not work consistently. The internet connect was faulty and weak so doing any type of work is difficult. However, the customer service is impeccable and timely. If you stay here do not hesitate to reach out, as they will do everything they can to help you!
A nice little place and perfect for what I needed!
This place is a gem! Not fancy, but clean, tidy, and in a great location! Itâs also reasonably priced. Pat and Erin were very responsive, and quick to answer any questions I had during my stay. Itâs only about a mile from the west side of Old Town, so an easy walk. I had my dogs with me, and in the other direction is an open space with lots of good trails for walking or biking. I will definitely try and stay here again the next time Iâm in Albuquerque.
