Enjoy your stay in style, luxury and comfort in the coveted Mesa Del Sol community, known as “the most appealing environments ever imagined” and is among the largest master plan developments in the US.

Lounge on the front porch overlooking a communal park just steps away, with the Sandia Mountains overhead, minutes from the airport, walking distance to Netflix and other amenities, while still extremely quiet.

The Space – 3/3.25, 2300 squared feet with side yard, lovely front porch with views and 2 car garage,

Our home is tastefully styled with a large master bedroom with king Saatva for comfort, master bathroom with jacuzzi tub, luxury walk in shower, his and her sinks, and a walk-in closet fit for kings and queens!

The living room, kitchen and dining area is an open floor plan meant for entertaining guests with top-of-the-line cookware and appliances, high end furniture, and a gas fireplace for your ultimate comfort.

On the way to the second floor, you will pass a half bathroom, office space and 2 car garage with clicker that you will be given. On the second floor you will find a tastefully decorated second living room with artifacts from the around the world, a comfy photon sofa that can sleep 2, and a large 55” flatscreen for entertainment.

There is also a full bathroom and 2 guest rooms with queen beds and temperpedic mattresses. All beautifully decorated, clean, and ready for your family to enjoy this safe, sustainable community while visiting ABQ. The photos do speak for themselves.

Beautiful

Such a beautiful home with beautiful Mountain View’s and a direct view to the entrance of Netflix. The host was generous with complimentary items to enjoy and relax during the stay as well.
