This property abuts the confluence of two major interstate highways and the noise level is intolerable. The hotel itself is rundown and shabby. A hotel staffer is so loud, she can be heard throughout the day everywhere in the hotel. There were cockroaches in our room. The refrigerator froze everything we put into it, despite resetting to its warmest level.

Online pictures are not what the hotel looks like at all. I was completely deceived. Super outdated, and unsafe. No amenities pool was not in service, was a toxic green color. Security was non existing. Anyone can walk I tot eh hotel as you dont need keys to get in. Did not feel safe at all

I had a terrible experience staying at the Quality Inn in Albuquerque. After driving for 10 hours, I arrived at the hotel around 2:40 PM, but the front desk refused to let me check in until exactly 3:00 PM. I was staying for three nights, and not once did they clean the room or replace towels. I asked twice for fresh towels and never received them—I had to go to the front desk and get them myself. The bathroom was missing soap and shampoo, and even after requesting them, they were never provided. The staff were loud in the early mornings, yelling and chatting through their walkie-talkies right outside the rooms. It made it impossible to rest. The hotel itself is old, poorly maintained, and feels very run-down and rusty. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will not be staying here again.

This place was really a disappointment. main reason I booked was for a hot tub and they lied to me on the phone saying it was open. Towels were dirty, found other peoples hair in it. Its right next to the highway and all I heard were the loud semis and emergency vehicles. AC system doesnt really work and was sweating all night

Okay Budget Hotel

You get what you pay for…. The property is run down, pool area needs cleaning and upkeep. The room was alright as was breakfast. Homeless are all over the surrounding area and you’ll be joined by other guests trying to save money on their stay.

Comfy Beds, OK Brkfast, but Won't Stay There Again

The GOOD: -- Beds were clean and comfortable. -- Breakfast was reasonably good with scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and cubed potatoes for hot items, as well as green chili stew, which was tasty. Other items: toast, bagels, yogurt, waffles, cold and hot cereal, whole apples. The BAD: -- My white socks were black after 15 minutes of walking around on faux wood floor, which was uneven in several places. -- A/C did a poor job of cooling the room, which I discovered was mainly due to a FILTHY filter, which I cleaned myself and reinstalled. Room felt marginally cooler afterward. -- Bathroom fan vent was a decoration (no fan switch) -- Wallpaper was peeling up near floor in several places. -- No window screen, so couldn't open to let fresh air in. -- One key card didn't work. Had front desk re-initialize it. Still didn't work. -- Gravel-covered area near side entrance had several pieces of trash and numerous piles of dog droppings.

One of the gates to the parking area was broken as was the side door to the property that should require a room key by which to enter. There were also dog droppings in the planter near that side entrance.

Telephone did not work. When i spoke with thr front desk clerk about this, she said 50% of the phones do not work. I also mentioned i couldnt get the tv/internet to work. She sent 2 men to the room to figure it out. There were both live & dead ants on the floor in the bedroom. Living room furniture was very worn. I changed hotels the next day.
