The counter person wasn’t helpful in 2 areas, first clarifying how to get into hotel. I didn’t understand what person was telling me to do. Thought I had to go around the building and he acted as though I bothered by asking more clarification to access hotel. And, no elevators the hotel. I had a very large suitcase hotel and was told no rooms available on the 1st floor. I mentioned the very large suitcase I had to take up 2 flights of stairs and counter person seemed totally unconcerned. To be clear I’m a 73 yr old woman and an offer to at the very help me would have been nice. All this said, I won’t stay in your hotel again. And it definitely could be much cleaner inside and entry ways to the hotel. Thank you.

The girl at the front desk was so nice and helpful but the facility was gross. Our tub didn’t drain, the toilet would run like crazy, it smelled like smoke and musty.

not bad.
Mostly a typical stay. We checked in at 4:30 but the room we were checked into hadn't been clean yet. so we had to wait with all our stuff out in the hallway for the lady to finish. She was polite but I feel like she was irritated at us as though we were rushing her. Other people were waiting to get checked in so we didn't request a different room. The pool was borderline cold but the hot tub was warm.
