This was such a wonderful place to stay, the staff was amazing and kind. They made Christmas traveling so delightful. The food was wonderful, the rooms were spotless, and the temperature was perfect for the cold nights. My children said that the beds were so comfortable that it was "like sleeping in cloud". We will likely come back to stay again!

I was there for a golfing event at the Sandia (which was sold out due to the Balloon Festival). This was the next quality hotel. It was close to food and pretty much everything. Check in and out was very quick and convenient!

We took our family with small children to see the hot air ballooon festival, and we very much enjoyed the little touches like coloring pages and markers for the kids in the lobby. The staff was all very friendly and kind. The included breakfast was one of the best we’ve had at any hotel. Even the days we went to the festival super early, the hotel offered a grab and go breakfast which was awesome! The entire hotel and rooms were clean including the workout room, pool area, and lobby. We would definitely recommend especially for families!
