Will not stay again. Our room smelled like urine. Floors are very cheap vinyl that have had water damage. Almost felt like you had to wear your shoes the whole time. Bedding with light stains. Towels were dirty - I let the front desk know and their response was thank you for letting us know. No offer for new towels. Also, there are fee discrepancies - first the front desk said it’s because I booked through Expedia, then the front desk said it’s because it’s SureStay and all fees for Best Western aren’t the same. At the end of the day I don’t mind what the fee is just make it consisted on all platforms. The paper in our room was also stating pet fees were cheaper than what we were charged.
