The room was not bad but it was not good either. Not super clean not super dirty. It was very noisy. Loud highway on one side loud parking lot on the other. People in the parking lot off and on all night. Loud people on both sides of our room and the person upstairs stomping across the floor at 4:00 AM. The area does not feel safe due to the homeless population. I will not be staying there again.

Bad service

There was only 1 night clerk who was slow while people in line to check in. Website sd TV included but it did not work all weekend, we reported it, night clerk kept saying people in line @ her desk. She finally came to fix it but couldnt, sd she would send some guy to fix it who NEVER came. I would not stay here again.

After instruction from management to do so, my life was threatened for parking my truck and trailer at the neighboring property by the tenant there. The manager of the hotel claimed they had common ownership.

Yikes

Our hotel room had a wavy floor that felt like it might collapse at any moment. I was hopeful when I saw hard floors that they would be clean; I hate carpets in hotel rooms. I had brand new socks, and walking from the bathroom to the bed, they were already dirty! Gross! The shower leaked AND CREAKED! People ran up and down the halls screaming profanities at all hours of the night and were BLASTING music. (I'm a music lover, so someone enjoying their music doesn't bother me) This was at an extremely disrespectful level and probably couldn't get any higher. I am also pretty sure that the people doing this stuff were living there. If you have tenets a dozen to a room, you probably shouldn't put a family on vacation right across the hall from them. It was nice to be at a place that served breakfast, but there was nowhere to sit. We did get some ice water and the taste of the water was rancid. I'm not sure if it had been sitting there for weeks or what. There were also people walking around the parking lot late at night and just a few blocks over we saw hard drug use right on the street corner. I would NEVER stay here again!
