Beds were too firm for my liking. Nice towels/sheets/pillows. Didnt like layout of room and bathroom situation as I prefer the toilet to at least have a door for privacy.

Art’otel staff is great!

The staff at Art’otel is so amazing! They are super nice, polite and helpful. More than anything, the excellent service we received from the staff made us feel so welcome on our first trip to The Netherlands!

Staff were awesome and very accommodating. Location is very convenient. My only complaint is cleanliness of the coffee machine which prevented me from using it, which at the end of the day is nothing to detract from our stay.

It is very close to the central train station so getting to there only took a 5 minute walk. The breakfast was very good. It’s close to a lot of restaurants and shops as well.

We loved the convenience of being so close to the train station and other restaurants and shopping. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They accommodated us as soon as we got there by allowing us to use changing room and keeping our luggage until check in.
