It was very noisy and not worth it. The restaurant was out of most items. It was hard to get to other restaurants with the median on the road. For a quicknap before the hotel it was not worth it.

Staff were very friendly and helpful! It was my first time in Boston, and they really made an amazing first impression of how kind people could be in Boston. Airport shuttle transportation was very convenient and the drivers were so kind and helpful with our luggage.

Airport shuttle leaves on the half hour, no exceptions. Not great for an airport hotel. We waited 30 minutes to be picked up at the airport and then another 35 minutes to be returned. There were definitely people in line that waited longer. The whole hotel is terribly dated and could use a good deep clean. Our room had a very musty, dirty carpet smell that was not great. Breakfast in the morning is standard, but had good options. However, this is the sort of place that people stay at because of a free breakfast, so it was wall to wall people while we were there.

This location was very close to returning a rental car and the shuttles to airport the next morning were great! We paid extra for early access to our rooms which was appreciated but if the room was available question why the charge. The king room had lots of space and wonderful hot shower on a cold rainy day!
