We reached the hotel around 8:30 pm and the agent tells us they have no room because we didn’t check in. They could see our reservation.. agent said we will need to go to a different lol hotel. Coming after a long international flight, it was just somatic g… fortunately, another agent came and sorted the situation. It was incredibly stressful and totally unnecessary .. wish all your agents are well Trained . Keep wondering what would have happened if the other agent hadn’t been there to rectify the situation. Thank you

The room did not have a microwave oven as most hotels do have. Shuttle service to/from airport was timely. The bed was very comfortable as was the sofa. The breakfast dining area upholstered chairs are badly stained and need to be replaced.
