It was a very busy weekend so very busy breakfast. Tried to go at a slower time but still busy. Needed more personnel to clear tables and refill breakfast items.! Breakfast lady tried to keep up. Our room was great and so quiet !! Room was clean and roomy!

I would give it a 5 but my shutter to the airport was a bad experience there is a man short mustache chunky guy he was rude nasty and had a nasty attitude. Didnt have patience with the customers and was screaming to hurry up, cause he was leaving overall the hotel was amazing. Staff was great shutter experience not so good. Next time I will be taking on an Uber. Will come back to the hotel just not the shutter.

We choose this hotel because it claims to offer an airport shuttle...arriving at 8;30pm we waited for an hour in the cold only to be told that their shuttle doesn't pick up at the same place as all the other hotels...we we fortunate to find a Lyft for $40 . Never again 😒 for this place
