The staff seemed overwhelmed, it was a very busy weekend. I don’t want to blame them because they seemed like they were trying. The room was bad, there was no microwave in the room. They had one microwave for the entire hotel. The bed had a huge dip in it which we both felt. The shower never hit past Luke warm even cranked all the way to the hottest possible setting. The exhaust vent didn’t work and was told nothing could be done but go to another room. The parking was part of it but you needed a permit. It also wasn’t guaranteed the one night I had to drive around for around an hour to find a spot. Overall it was an awful experience and I would highly recommend not going there.

Property was clean .The personnel was friendly and over worked but did there best under the circumstances. It was not their fault that staffing is difficult

Desk staff were slow & rude. I waited some time while the person checking me in dealt w/another staff person’s computer problem, THEN made me wait while she picked up a ringing phone & spoke some minutes w/another customer. Waited a total of 15 minutes to check-in. I was the only person at the counter. I was assigned a room for a handicapped person. I am not handicapped. There was no complementary water in the room.

This property needs to increase the shuttle service during high volume times. We waited for a ride from the airport for an hour, and never saw the Hampton Inn shuttle. Finally another hotels shuttle driver felt sorry for us and gave us a ride to the Hampton Inn. While waiting, we call the Hampton Inn 3 times inquiring where the shuttle was, and were hung up on. When we finally arrived at the Hampton Inn property, we found the front desk staff overwhelmed with people waiting to check in. More help was needed.
