Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was pretty good too. The area is a little run down and no easy access to convenience store. They are charging $6 for a candy bar, $6 for a small bag of chips and $4 for a regular bottle of water. Not cool.

When booked, I was asked for arrival Flight number. Upon waiting 20 mins for shuttle, it arrived FULL. Was told 20 more mins. An HOUR later it showed up near full and now adding about 8 more people with luggage. Packed into shuttle like cattle in 97 degree heat. CDL violation for this transport. Then upon arrival (not blaming employees) I was asked for a Security Deposit for the room that was fully. paid for. OUTRAGEOUS. I have waited 24 hours before I wrote this, so it is a mild account. On the plus side; the shuttle to the airport the next day was flawless. We have stayed at Hampton Hotels for years when traveling. In fact my wife insists on them. That will not be the case for future travel. I am not sure what to make of Expedia.
