The clock in the room was all the time on 6:25A.M and I missed a important compromise. And also the room key didn't work when I came back exhausted from a concert at 12 A.M. And I was staying at the other corner of the hotel in the 3rd floor and I have to go back to the reception to fix the key and get back on the room.

The room door was broken hard to get in and out of . The staff was not friendly , the door to get in on the sides were broken on the outside so we had to walk all the way around multiple times in the freezing cold . Pool was not able to be used and was closed . The bathroom fan was on non stop we could hear it in the room even with the door shut . Room service did not show up until late . The fridge was broken. And there was hardly any parking !.

The room wasn’t super clean, light switches were dirty, table tops weren’t clean. We turned the shower on at the head was busted and the water wasn’t warm after letting it warm up for a few minutes. Went to the desk to ask about it and they said we had to let it heat up for 10+ min and even then it was a lukewarm shower. It was ok for the price, quiet.
