The staff was friendly and helpful, but the facility is run down, inc: smelly carpet, fly in room on arrival, loud HVAC, peeling paint on ceiling, creaky mattress, door that did not automatically close (needed extra pull), poor water pressure in shower. And, the elevator... some serious mechanical smell the whole 4 days I stayed, with no sign of it being fixed - did not seem safe. Again, the staff was accommodating - but for $400/night? Would not ever stay here again. Room 411 was the worst. 329 was better, as far as the suites went.

Chambermaid was not wearing face mask even though I complained. This happened 2 Days in a row. Was woken up at 2:30 am by 2 guys outside the door in a loud discussion. Kid was jumping around and creating a disturbance.

This place was great. It has a good size kitchen intended for longer stays. I only needed it one night and it worked out just fine.
