The Area:

Conveniently located near major routes and the commuter rail, this home provides easy access to Boston and surrounding areas. Explore nearby attractions such as Dane Street Beach, Montserrat College of Art, and Beverly's historic downtown. It is important to note that this home is located on a busy street with a shopping centre directly across the road. While the interior is well-insulated and remains quiet, guests should expect some street activity outside. To ensure a restful stay, we provide white noise machines in the bedrooms. This central location makes it easy to explore local shops, dining, and amenities just steps away!

Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring Beverly and the surrounding North Shore. The home includes driveway parking for up to 2 cars.

The property is also close to commuter rail access, making it convenient for guests planning trips into Boston or nearby towns. Rideshare availability may vary, especially during busy seasons or later in the evening.

Other Things to Note:

The home is located in a residential area, and we ask guests to be respectful of neighbors, observe quiet hours, and enjoy the property responsibly.

The laundry area is located in the basement, so guests should be comfortable using stairs. The fenced yard and garden area offer a peaceful outdoor setting, though landscaping and outdoor conditions may vary seasonally.

Travelling with little ones? A pack-and-play and high chair may be available upon request. Please let us know before your arrival if you would like either item so we can confirm availability and have it ready for your stay.
