The hotel itself is not bad. I had a beautiful large suite. The breakfast was decent. However, I had an issue with the shower. There was no water pressure and no hot water. I was told I would be compensated half of my stay was then told that they couldn’t take care of it because I had prepaid with Expedia when I contacted Expedia I was then told from Expedia they were only going to take $20 off. Try to accuse me of lying and saying that there was no issue with the shower. Of which my honey also was not able to figure out. I took the worst shower of my life in freezing cold water and I don’t like being told after the fact that I’m going to be compensated for half off the room to then be ridiculed and told I was only going to get $20 off. I tried contacting the manager three days in a row left a message and had no response basically feeling as if they do not care.

Best hotel value that we’ve encountered in a long time. Comfortable, plenty of parking, good Italian restaurant close by and a good breakfast. And actual bars of soap and individual shampoo and condition, not seen at most hotels in years.

My stay was fine up until check out.My staywas already paid for and they tried to charge me for another night.Then after I said something about it they gone tell me it will be back on your card in 5-6 business days!You should have said something to me before you up and charge me for something that’s already paid for!

Great halfway point to stop at on our way North. Easy on and off 95. Good services in the area. The hotel is clean, comfortable and convenient. The best part is it is inexpensive.

Staff was excellent from check in/out to housekeeping. Friendly, professionally. Hotel was clean, hall carpets were clean, not wore. Elevators were clean. Room and bathrooms were very clean as well. Bed was very comfortable and everything was well thought out. Definitely will book again w/o comparing in the area.
