There are two decks overlooking the water along with an enclosed sunroom just in case is does rain to enjoy the beautiful views of Oneida Lake. The house has an open floor plan that has a spacious gourmet kitchen that is open to the dining room & living room.

The house is wonderful! Filled with so many fun activities for everyone to enjoy! The view at the lake was amazing with a great backyard for games! The kitchen was fully stocked with pans and utensils - the coffee bar was such a nice touch!

Long weekend with friend group

Overall, we had a lovely stay at the home. The space was great for our group and offered areas for the children to play indoors and outside as well as space for the adults to gather. The owners messaged to check in on us after arrival and were prompt when we asked questions during the stay. Having the water views was a plus. The location was exactly what we expected and wanted, quiet but easy access to things like grocery stores and activities that were good for kids. Thank you!

Annual Ice fishing trip

We go to Oneida lake every year to ice fish, the fishing conditions were, by far unfavorable due to the unseasonable weather conditions and we had to bring boats. Everything about this property was top of the line, the house was by far the most fully furnished property we have ever stayed at. The very spacious well equipped kitchen accommodated our culinary needs and the large island was a focal point of several fish stories. There was plenty of parking for our pickup trucks with boat trailers and the other trucks not pulling trailers. Our group all gave thumbs up on returning to stay at this house again, ice or no ice.

Winter Stay

Our group of 12 stayed here for three nights. The house had wonderful places for us to all enjoy. Unfortunately there was no ice for fishing but the house gave us the room we needed to have and we’re able to enjoy our time together. Would definitely book this house again.

House big enough for families!

My sisters and our families got to spend a week on the lake together in a beautiful house that actually fit us all. Space and beds for everyone! We loved the different rooms, so teens could hang out while adults chatted in the sunroom. The fire pit and shed for kayaks to use out back were a huge added bonus. We had a great time w a great host!

Perfect lake side home

Very well-kept, spacious, clean, and well stocked property! This was a perfect lake side home for our family vacation. We had such a nice time and made many good memories, both at the property and at surrounding attractions. Magdalena was a wonderful host and excellent communicator; very responsive! Definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Successful family gathering

Our family group of varied ages really appreciated the setup and never ending space in this house! The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook for a large group. The middle level is set up so that we could all gather together. The closed in porch is fantastic. The lower level has games that the kids really enjoyed. Very clean and comfortable! Magdalena was very quick to answer any questions we had. Definitely would stay again.

Never again

Do not rent, I've rented for over 20 years with a group of ice fishing friends. We drink and play cards. We paid for a 3 night weekend trip. The first night we had a problem involving some of the younger men, handled it and went to bed. The next morning we were being evicted with a verbal promise of being reimbursed for the final two nights we were not allowed to stay. I totally understood the home owners concerns. We left the house absolutely spotless and undamaged. Of course the host/owner refused any kind of refund and never returned any texts or emails. Even claimed we were doing illegal drugs and were very violent. I strongly suggest you do not rent this property.
