Breakfast was in need of a do over, fold out sofa bed was not usable and bathroom was moldy and dirty.

The checkin clerk, Curtis, was friendly, kind, and helpful. He is what all hotel staff should be like. The night clerk, didn’t get his name, was gruff. Someone made a complaint that I was making too much noise. It was 1:30 in the morning and all I was doing was talking on the phone. I was still awake because there had been lots of noise in the hallway, which, as far as I know, no one complained about. He pounded on my room door and yelled “This is your first warning due to a noise complaint”. I said I wasn’t making any noise, I was only talking on the phone. I also told him there had just been a lot of noise in the hallway, banging, loud talking, and a baby crying, maybe that’s the noise they heard. He said “the complaint was because you are talking on the phone” and again stated, very loudly, “this is your first warning, if another complaint is heard you’ll have to leave”. Needless to say, I was pretty upset and couldn’t sleep. Thank goodness I had an early flight.

Staff is super helpful and friendly. Guests were not well monitored, especially in pool area. Not family-friendly at pool, but then again, it was NYE.

From the minute I arrived till when I left every single person in every department was extremely helpful and friendly. I had 3 pieces of luggage and a walker. The night desk clerk, Curtis, helped me get all this to my room. In the morning the housekeeper helped me get it to and into the elevator. When I left another employee helped me get it to th lobby and when my ride arrived, she helped me get it to the vehicle. My room was comfortable and spotless. I ordered food, at 11:00 PM, from The Landing, their on site restaurant, and it was delicious. It came quickly and was reasonably priced.
