Hotel is not what I expected for $150/night. Seemed old, dirty, sparce like a military barracks. Room was not super clean, ammenities were cheap, and hallway was noisy, room was not quiet. I would never stay at this Comfort Hotel again.

Bathroom shower had mold in various areas especially around the tub secondary overflow safety drain. The bathroom floor had medium sized dirty spots where it appeared something like lotion or gel was spilled and not cleaned up so dirt and dust collected all over them. Sheets appeared clean though which is a plus!

The room we had was very roomy with a comfortable sofa. Only downside was the restaurant and bar were closed so we had to settle in fast food the only walking distance restaurant around

The bathroom tub/shower had red mold all over. We only had 1 towel, hand towel, & washcloth. When we went for breakfast, the staff also helped themselves to the continental breakfast. It wasn’t just a couple staff either. I would say, at least 10+ employees helped themselves to the food. I don’t know if it is a perk for staff to eat the food they provide for the guests, but they should have to wait till all the guests are finished eating.

The check in staff at the hotel were extremely friendly & helpful with a great sense of humour ! The breakfast attendant was very thorough in ensuring that everything was topped up . A couple of points of hopefully constructive observations . It would be great to have a few fresh fruit options & plain yoghurt at breakfast . Also I am always concerned to know that bathrooms are cleaned to the highest standard and are devoid of any trace of the previous occupants hair - unfortunately there was a hair in the bath which just puts you off straightaway . Plus there needs to be some deep cleaning supervision by the senior housekeeper around how the team clean the tile grout - it’s so easy with the right product and a small stiff brush and ensures that everything looks sparklingly clean ! I used to work in healthcare for years and know it’s an easy job to do but is so often an area that’s neglected in hotels and brings down the otherwise great rating for cleanliness .

The only good thing about this hotel is location. Near airport and highway. It’s a rundown hotel, dirty and a/c makes loud noises, while trying to sleep. For the price we paid, sure could find other options. Do not recommend.

It started out that we got a call from the hotel. The toilet in the type of room we requested was overflowing so we received a 20% discount for that night and was put in another room which we stayed in for the remainder of our stay. The people at your front desk need a class on customer service. Answering questions with your head down and no smile doesn’t work for me. What was really aggravating, the next day a bunch of athletes showed up, practically taking over the entire hotel. When that many people show up, the hotel should have a private buffet breakfast for them. We went to get something to eat and it was impossible. These people were occupying every table, chair and couch in the lobby that was available. By the time they left, breakfast was over. Your staff needs to think or perhaps you should hire people that are more equipt. When I related this to your reception desk, I got a stare and no answer. We will not be staying at your hotel again.

Main floor lobby had strong chlorine smell. Doors so thin can clearly hear conversations in hallway & adjoining room. Crumbs on floor, items fell behind storage left nehind & heat/air unit old & loud. Tub dated and mold on grout.
