Escape to this stunning three-story lakefront home for an unforgettable getaway on the private side of Lake Anna. Nestled on 2.59 acres with approximately 250 feet of prime waterfrontage, this serene retreat offers unparalleled privacy and access to endless outdoor fun. Lake Anna is a beloved destination for swimming, boating, hiking, camping, fishing, and wildlife watching. With a private covered boat dock and swim platform, you're welcome to bring your boat and explore. Enjoy provided kayaks, a paddleboard, and a canoe—or dive into the water from the diving board (8–9 feet deep), or wade in gradually from the shallows.

After a swim, rinse off in the outdoor shower before firing up the grill or smoker on the sundeck. Dine al fresco while enjoying scenic views of Busbees Island—an eagle nesting ground perfect for birdwatching.

Inside, the home boasts stained glass touches, vaulted ceilings, and wood accents. Relax in the spacious living room with a smart TV, fireplace, books, and games, or head to the lakefront deck for more views. The oak kitchen is fully equipped with a Sub-Zero fridge, skylights, and a stone backsplash. Enjoy meals in the dining area or unwind in the sunroom overlooking the lake.

Our family loved our time at your lakehouse and the adult kids are already asking when can we go back! It was absolutely perfect for our needs. Awesome House located right next to the marina

Great house for families of all sizes with lots of entertaining features like a pool table, arcade games and a hot tub. Large dock and it’s located a stones throw from the pleasant landing marina if you want to rent a boat. Highly recommend!

It was good. Dishes were a little dirty. There wasn't access to a lot of cleaning supplies - not enough detergent, towels, toilet paper, etc.House was really nice. Location was good. Wish I could have checked in early. Annoying that late check out cost money.

Excellent location and BEAUTIFUL home! We stayed here for a fall weekend for a bachelorette trip and the house could not have been more perfect. It has open space, plenty of room to sleep, and a great kitchen to work in. There's room to be doing separate things, such as cooking or crafting, while still being together all in one area. Plus I haven't even yet mentioned the VIEW. It's stunning and a great place to stay. Very easy to get in and out, well stocked kitchen, and comfortable.

Lakehouse with a Resort Feel

Cannot say enough great things about this house!! Spacious, clean and homey - it has it all. We were here for a little winter family getaway and this house delivered! The hot tub, games and especially the sauna were a big hit with our "grown up" kids. The view is lovely as well - can't wait to try it out in the summer!

Amazing stay

The house is beautiful and very clean. Everything you could think of is included. Tons of extra towels, pillows, blankets plus games and puzzles. The only think that could improve is the hot tub, the jet only work in one seat and all the headrest are broken. Overall a fantastic vacation and would return again

Luxurious home

Fabulous mini-vacation. The house is immaculate and has everything you could want. I enjoyed kayaking on the lake. The view is marvelous. Loved the place and will return.The only problem and it was our fault was we didn’t turn the handle to the front door up instead of down. Service came to us right away.

Family trip with young kids

The house was perfect for 3 families with young kids. Very comfortable accomodations, amazingly well-stocked kitchen (crockpot, blender, mixer, ample cooking/baking supplies, tupperware, plastic wrap, kids utensils, etc), loads of activities for kids (books, games, toys), a huge finished basement, and incredible outdoor space (and views!). If you're traveling with a baby, they provided a high chair, pack n play, and swim diapers (such a nice touch!). The location was awesome with close access to a marina for boat rentals, nice swimming area with no waves, lots of grass for running around, and a dock (we loved the paddle board and water mat!). Honestly, this house has everything and we hope it stays as well maintained over time. The only hiccup was that the house wasn't cleaned at check-in and delayed our ability to access the property until 5pm (tough when trying to feed little ones and get unpacked before early bedtimes). Aside from that, we had an absolutely wonderful time and would love to come back!
