"The hotel is well located and functional. There is Walmart supermarket within the building complex which makes it very convenient for incidentals. The property is clean and the majority of the staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is OK but not as varied as the one at sister property in Merida. Good enough for a one day stay. Reasonably priced, especially when considering prices in Cancun. My room had a view of the lagoon, but the window could use a good wash to really enjoy it. Overall, the property met my needs and I would consider staying there again."

"Hotel was very clean . Great customer service and the location was great . There a lot of restaurants around us . The only complaint is about the beach club . I don’t think it’s worth going there . As for me I see it as a way of them trying to sell you a time share. And also the bathroom near the pool don’t work z water pressure in the shower was poor . Other than that . It was a great stay"
