"The front desk staff were very friendly when I checked in, and I appreciated that I was given a newly renovated room. Unfortunately, the stay itself was not very restful. The bed was quite noisy, and there was also an odd noise coming from the fridge/counter area throughout the night. It would make several loud clunking noises, stop for an hour or two, and then start again. This continued the entire time I was in the room, including overnight. Because of the constant noise, I did not sleep well at all."

"From the moment we arrived, this hotel impressed us. The staff were warm, welcoming, and made a point of addressing me by first name, which was a lovely personal touch. The woman who checked us in was incredibly friendly and helpful. I wish I had caught her name because she truly made a great first impression and deserves a shoutout! Being a brand new property, everything felt fresh and immaculate. Our room was spotless, and the views of Mt. Baker from the lobby and rooftop were breathtaking, especially during sunset. A special shoutout to Alejandra, who assisted us during breakfast. Her kindness made the morning meal a highlight of our stay. Also worth mentioning for those who are dairy-free, the coffee bar had oat milk available, which is something you don’t often see at hotels. A small but thoughtful touch! My family and I used it as our home base while spending time around Vancouver and Richmond, and it worked out perfectly. If you’re planning to visit those areas, it’s well worth staying here. Just be prepared for a short drive. Highly recommend, and we would definitely stay again!"

"I waited for about a half hour for anyone even open the door and when they finally did I was after phoning four times she greeted me with a cow's look and told me right off the bat not even hello we only take money no credit cards I said well I didn't see that on the page she was like that's because you didn't go to our page I said why would I go to your page when I booked with Expedia cuz that's the way it is cash or nothing and she also raised the amount of the stay $130 she's literally the more evil version of no soup for you do not stay here it's clear that they're under some legal issues as the places for sale and there's posters with Realtors all over the place and you can't get in without have phony some number and waiting for them to answer if they choose this is a zero on my out of 100 places to stay do not stay here"

"Street parking was pretty easy, host was responsive when I reached out about something, space was nice but very limited use of kitchen so don't count on having real access to a kitchen for meal planning during your stay, is roughly a half hour drive from Vancouver and is a pretty easy drive"
