We had an excellent experience staying at the Hyatt. We were upgraded to a room at a higher level and it was spectacular. Very clean, extremely spacious and excellent view of the city. We will definitely be going back.

The room was clean. The front desk staff was amazing as always. Burrard Inn is situated very well for the west end shoppers and diners. And of course St Pauls is across the street for those visiting sick relations. Plus check out time is noon. 11AM comes so quickly when you are packing to go.
