The staff were actually very good, and the room itself is nice. My issue is, I spent money for one of the more expensive rooms in a tall building, and we were put on the lowest floor. This wouldn’t normally upset me had I booked recently, but I booked this a long time ago, I believe if I booked before a lot of people I should have first dibs on higher levels.
