Great hotel. One of my favs, will def be staying there again. One thing I didn’t like was on my birthday front desk was quite rude when I went to ask for something. Don’t come to work there if you have horrible customer service. Then I room service and they give me 2 bits of ice cream for my birthday which I didn’t eat because obviously it melted. But how cheap can you guys get. If you are trying to give a complimentary birthday treat, how about do better and don’t be cheap. I rather the taken something off my bill than give me something I don’t even eat. Literally 2 bites of ice cream. Laughable. Other hotels have done better for my birthday than this treatment. Smh.

We had an amazing stay at the Paradox Hotel in Vancouver! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming — they truly made us feel at home. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive, especially the thoughtful turndown service each evening, which added a touch of luxury to our stay. One of our favorite features was the heated floors near the shower — such a nice and cozy touch, especially after a long day exploring the city. Overall, everything about our experience was top-notch, and we can’t wait to come back!
