Brilliant hotel and quality accommodation. Very cool swimming pool which is in the night club! Great that you get two hours complimentary bike use. Excellent location. Would stay again when in Vancouver. Really stylish room.

TL;DR: Shocked and embarrassed when a hotel worker entered the room later in the evening. Customer was treated poorly when an issue (a bit traumatic to be honest) did arise. If it was my wife or child, I would be livid! Check-in was pleasant and professional. Went to take a jaqcuzzi and it was milky and dirty, so that was a bummer. They gym was nice, though. While in my room's restroom at about 830PM after dinner, the door rang. I was indisposed so ignored it. Then the door opened! I got up pants down, opened the bathroom door and I was shocked that someone was in the room . I could not see them because only the bathroom light was on, so my body was silhouetted in the pitch-black windows, except for me in the bright doorway of the bathroom. Next morning, I spoke to the manager, who was condescending, cold and did not offer any resolution until I brought it up, and then she started negotiating. Soured the experience.
