The hotel is right in the heart of downtown and you can walk within a couple of minutes to shopping. The rooms are clean and nice! Definitely recommend!

Close to Michigan Without the Michigan Mark-Up

Great location, especially if you want to go shopping. Few blocks off Michigan, but close to the North Shore Shops. Walkable to the river. Rooms akin to NYC vibe. Bakery downstairs and the hopping Berkshire Room/Bar part of the hotel. Near a Trader Joe's, a Jewel/Osco and a CVS on the corner. Lots of good reasons to stay here.

Acme is our favorite place to stay

Always such a fun stay at acme! This was our second time staying and it was such a wonderful experience! The only thing I wish they had were more counter space in the double king room bathroom - we stayed with my in-laws and did all of our changing in the bathroom and didn’t have a great place to sit things down but don’t let that denture you from your stay!

Definitely recommend

Room was perfect for what we were looking for. It was definitely a choice due to the aesthetic of pictures I looked at previously to booking and it didn’t disappoint. The elevators are filled with old records for decor, the rooms have a retro style to it that we loved. Side note a microwave wouldn’t been a good addition as we didn’t have where to warm up left overs but it comes with a booth like table. You do have a cafe with some good options in the morning and a restaurant/bar in the evening. Great place to stay if you want to walk around downtown area as everything is pretty close including shopping, restaurants, site seeing.
