Cheerful 3 bedroom. Feels like home.
Enjoy a quiet friendly neighborhood. Stay in a nice townhome with three bedrooms and a full bathroom on the second floor. The main floor has a living room, dining area, a kitchen and half bathroom. The basement has an area with a futon where you can watch tv or use as working space. It also has the laundry area next room. Thereâs a patio area in the back of the house.
My friends and I stayed here over the weekend and the house was just as described. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed from steamers to cleaning supplies, washer and dryer extra blankets you name it they had it. The designated parking space was very convenient and the area felt very safe. The host was quick to respond to issues and also text to check on us as well.
We were in Chicago to see Stray Kids at Wrigley Field and this home was in a great location for us as it was close to a lot of the things we wanted to do. I highly recommend taking the street when going different places to avoid sitting in freeway traffic and your able to see alot more of Chicago. The neighborhood also felt safe and had many great local restaurants to check out. The house was very cozy but still well maintained, check-in and check-out was simple, and Fabio and Nancy made it easy to contact them if we had any questions. I will definitely consider booking again the next time we plan a trip to Chicago!
Stayed here with 3 other ARMY to attend the JHope Hope on the Stage concert in Chicago 2025.This rental was exactly as picturedâsuper clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was fantastic and very easy to communicate with, making the whole process smooth. The home is in an older neighborhood, but it was quiet and felt very safe. Parking was easy, with the garage accessible through a side street. One of the highlights was the bathroom, which had an amazing mirror that tilts downwardâperfect for putting on makeup and getting dolled up! Just a small tip: if youâre on the shorter side, be mindful stepping in and out of the tub. It can be a little high, so hold onto the handle for extra stability since it can get slippery. For anyone heading to Allstate Arena, itâs about a 20-25 minute drive. A helpful tip: On concert days, set your GPS to the Target next to the arena and access the arena parking lot through the side street next to the apartmentsâthis helped us avoid a lot of traffic! There was a slight smell when we first arrived, but we quickly got used to itâdefinitely not a dealbreaker. Also, thereâs a cemetery nearby (which isnât something weâre used to seeing from where weâre from) but it had no impact on our stay whatsoever.Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend!!!
Great location for Chicago shopping excursion with family!!
This location is about 30 minutes from any shopping you would want to do in Chicago - downtown, Oakbrook, Woodfield, thrifting and boutique. The only exception to this was the Kennedy Expressway which was down while we were there which extended some travel time, which is no issue with this property. The place was exactly as pictured. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Bedrooms had very dry air though, so running a humidifier in the bedrooms a few days before arrival would have helped. For the neighborhood the nightly rate and fees seemed a little high and the rules were emphasized a few to many times for our liking, but we do understand one wanting to protect property. Thank you for the great stay that met of our needs and there were some great restaurants in the neighborhood we also enjoyed.
