The staff were great! The food was good! The building is dated. Guest had carry out food and it sat in the halls for 2 days. We stayed 2 nights. We didnt get new towels. We had to call down to the front desk. Also our room wasnt cleaned. The cookie is always a great treat!

The toilet in our room would not stop running, needed a flapper. We told staff about it yet they did not fix it. There were other guest surrounding us that were loud, yelling in their rooms and in the hallway at all hours, including overnight. The motel had a strict no smoking policy which was not enforced. The hallway smelled of burnt marijuana at all times. It was awful. Will not stay there again.

A Returning Favorite

My husband and I choose the DoubleTree in Alsip often for our romantic trips to the Chicago area. It is a very nice and affordable hotel with an on-site restaurant (food is delicious, specifically the brunch!), modern lobbies with beautiful decor pieces, and the rooms are spacious and clean! The customer service is always great! The rooms could go for an update though. The wallpaper is peeling and yellowed in many areas and some of the beds are worn down and need to be replaced. But other than that, we will continue to book next time we’re in town!

Only had two areas that could have been better the guests share a microwave near the ice machine and guests left their food containers (Pizza boxes) on top of garbage at the entrance we used for more than 24 hrs. A few other items stayed on top of garbage receptacle on the 2nd floor ,( 12pk empty beer) sat more than 24 hrs but beds and room comfy and cozy The Sassy Senior Sisters had and enjoyable stay...will do this again later in the summer

I attended location very loud awkward because the manager and the guest in front were in a yelling discussion i almost turned around I asked for a quiet room they told me elevator was broken had to walk to back of hotel where my room was next to elevator and ice Machine that was so loud I heard everyone who got off elevator and the old elevator door slammed very loud needless to say no sleep all night I felt somebody was coming into my room
