This apartment was made in mind for those with mobility limitations or for elderly/young children. Very comfortable large layout and just 3 steps to apartment. Small apartament building/6 flat, with shared laundry room, free street parking that is easy to find, and within walking distance of everything, 93 neighborhood walks pre. Building engineer on call next door so service is always expedited. This

Laundry room steps away that serves this unit +4 others. Plenty of free street parking as we are in quiet area of Logan square where parking meters are not present. No permit needed either. On site building management personnel to immediately deal with things as they come up. Extra cleaning services available upon request.
