The lobby attendant Prince was very polite and helpful in switching my rooms. And accommodating me with a Clean room with Clean blankets! Overall, the pillows were soft,The towels were soft. I had a pleasant sleep. I think the breakfast needs improvement, wasn’t up to standards when it says breakfast included, you would think it would actually be something a little better than a bowl of cereal and a small muffin.

Room smelled like cigarettes, the area was very sketchy, there was no parking available, the hotel and the room looked beat up, random people walking and people in bikes in the parking area. Heard some yelling outside the room.

Really clean and comfy rooms. Staff is so nice and helpful. Breakfast is simple but plentiful and breakfast room is very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was filthy! Gritty floors, hair in the shower, and an overall feeling that it hadn’t been cleaned properly in weeks. Also not to mention in my reservation i asked for "extra towels" to only check-in and have NOT ONE TOWEL for a 3-day stay. The front desk staff were incredibly unhelpful. If you need towels or basic amenities, they expect you to come down and get them yourself, with no courtesy or concern. Even worse, the parking lot felt unsafe. I witnessed drugs being used and sold openly, which made me extremely uncomfortable and concerned for my safety. The pool was just as bad, dirty and clearly neglected. I would not recommend this property to anyone, especially families or solo travelers. It’s not just unpleasant, it’s dangerous.
