This lovely residential neighborhood features a mix of residential homes and wooded areas. It is situated about 5 miles from downtown Derry, which offers a variety of local shops, restaurants, and community events.

Derry is a suburban town that is located approximately 35 miles from Boston, making it a popular spot for guests planning to visit Boston to the South, the White Mountains to the North or the seacoast to the East with easy access to major highways such as I-93 and I-495.

AMAZING house in Derry!

We had fantastic stay at this home in Derry, New Hampshire. We stayed in December and the house was super warm and cozy. They even had a pellet fireplace so we felt cozy next to that as well. There are multiple bedrooms upstairs and they were all cozy and comfortable with lots of storage closets and dressers. The main bedroom downstairs has a beautiful view of the trees and in the summer, I'm assuming a little lake but it looked frozen over. The house is minutes from a super cute downtown area with lots of shops and restaurants. Altogether I highly recommend staying at this gem of a house!

Great Place to Celebrate Thanksgiving

We had a very enjoyable Thanksgiving celebration here. The kitchen was well equipped accomodated our meal and all of the fixin's. The beds were comfy and the entire place was spotles.

Nice Home in Derry, NH

We enjoyed our stay in your lovely home this past weekend. We were attending a family wedding and the house fit all 8 adults nicely plus our 8 month old granddaughter. It had a nice comfortable living room area for hanging out and a good size kitchen table for breakfasts together. The bedrooms were comfortable and well appointed. Thank you for your hospitality!

Hidden gem

We were in town for a wedding for our daughter at Birch Wood Vineyard. We wanted to have a place for our family to stay together in the days leading up to the big day. This beautiful home was located close enough to the venue to make getting there super easy but it is also nestled in an adorable neighborhood that was quiet and serene. The home was clean, spacious and perfect for our group of 7. If I’m ever up in New England again, I will be staying here.

Perfect Location

My family and I stayed here because it was close to Westbrook Inn where my daughter got married this weekend. It was conveniently located to many stores and where the rest of our family was staying as well. This house had everything you need for your stay. My favorite part is that it was so quiet at night and it was nice to get that after being at gatherings for 3 days. There was plenty of room for each person who stayed

peaceful family retreat

We had 3 generations staying for a nearby family wedding and the place was perfect. Cartoons for the kids gave the adults time to catch up at the large table or on the enclosed patio. Very peaceful and comfy for all of us. The kids enjoys spotting squirrels, birds and big fuzzy caterpillars as well as where a large animal (a deer we think) slept in the plants the previous night. The iron, ironing board and extra hangars were much appreciated and crucial to straightening out our wedding attire!

Book club annual meeting

The house was absolutely wonderful. Cozy and inviting, we all felt immediately at home. More than once someone expressed the desire to never leave. We look forward to hopefully returnin next year!
